Online to offline marketing and back again

Bridging the gap between online and offline worlds are blurring more every day, as we have shoppers starting online then buying in-store and customers going into stores to learn about products, ask their questions and get a hands-on feel for the products then returning home to make the purchase online directly from the manufacture.   We have to look at the integration happening with the Internet and television, radio, print, the list goes on and on.  Statistics are now showing that 80% of all millennials are sleeping beside their phones and so am I.  What are you doing?

Times are changing quickly - understanding how marketing is evolving and how to handle it are just the beginning.   Will people purchase from Amazon just to see their product delivered by drone?  Will something as simple as delivery change our business?  YES…yes it will.

Finding the ways to bridge this gap effectively while servicing your clients’ needs is going to be a job unto itself and in many cases is already.
